Great product, but not too
"Great product, but not too impressed by the service. At time of initial order, a date to receive was five days after the order was placed. Tracking required the download of an app, which was somewhat suspicious. In essence, I had no knowledge of when the items were to arrive. Then, I was informed that although I wasn't notified at time of placing the order, that they had run out of stock of the item ordered. I was issued a partial refund and dealt with the disappoinment. Finally, the items arrived, well over a week later that the date initially given. Let's just say I've had better customer service experiences in the past elsewhere."
